Your Senior Year is the cherry on top of your high school experience. Graduation is right around the corner and so much unknown lies in the future. This time in your life is exciting and daring, and you deserve to document that! Shelby did exactly that with her Powell High School Senior Session, and I absolutely loved getting to know her!

Shelby is so precious and she is quite the over achiever at Powell High School. I loved talking to her about her role as a photographer on the yearbook staff and learning what kind of photos she takes for her school. She is also in the National Honors Society, which is a great accomplishment! I also loved having Shelby’s mom there to cheer her on. It really is a special thing for a parent to see their child grow into an achieving adult, so I love when they tag along!

After taking pictures at Powell High School we headed over to a family property to get some golden hour portraits! Shelby was really excited to take some senior pictures outside and with the gorgeous greenery of this property. And honestly, I was too! This property was stunning and going there at golden hour was definitely the best idea!
